      As you know, retail stores are the fast-paced environments, especially in well-known tourist spots. We are about to give an excellent customer service experience by proactively smiling, greeting, and helping customers. Our main duty is to be responsible for cashiering, restocking, and cleaning the surrounding environment. There will always have broken glass, it happened all the time in a day. So, we must take care of all customers avoid injury when it happens in the first place.
      I would like to share a great new for Guinness Storehouse award the World Travel Awards.

      Still, the World Travel Awards were established in 1993. That year also happened to be the year I was born. What a coincidence!!!
      Also, in the 11th of November 2023, We just won the National store of the year 2023 & Jewellery and Gift store of the year 2023, the Retail Excellence Ireland Awards 2023 competition was held by local biggest bank of AIB Merchant Services. They are waiting for this time for many years. I am so happy to be the team in the Guinness Storehouse.
      Finally, our fourth awards is Europe's Leading Tourist Attraction 2023. We are the biggest winners this year, cheers.

      I’m a domestic sales assistant in Taiwan. I used to have around 20 B2B customers who needed maintenance and service.
      Respond promptly to B2B customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or complaints they may have.
    Every year, there will be several different new customers, which will increase one after another.
      I’m responsible for PO and PI of all customers via Sunlike ERP system, as well as invoicing, collection of accounts, customer product services, maintain accurate records of sales activity, promotion of exhibition activities, making statements, annual sales reports, incoming and outgoing of various parts of the warehouse, maintenance and sorting of warehouses, and daily orders Import and export, annual inventory, and occasionally accompany my business executive to go out to deliver goods and services.
      Customer product service will often need to collaborate with other departments of the company such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure efficient as well as production and sales meetings.
      From internal negotiation to customer service, from receiving orders to issuing invoices to shipping and collecting accounts, as well as all assistance in the warehouse, these are basically my daily duties and processes.

The clerks also handle customer transactions such as cash handling, providing change, and processing returns and exchanges.
      The job responsibilities at 7-11 include store operations, providing quality customer service, handling ticketing and utility bill payment services, and ensuring store safety. Clerks need to have communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and coordination abilities.

| Since I was 16 years-old

      I have worked as a staff member for many kinds of events, such as concerts, exhibitions, carnivals, festivals, any activities you can come up with.
      It could be a day or a month or 2 to 3 months, depends on which type of activities is. Such as Maroon 5, Ultra & Creamfields, S2O that type of concerts, it only has 2 to 3 days, or the Game show, book exhibition or Computex, it could be 4 to 7 days. There will be also have some theme exhibitions like Disney, One Piece, Frozen, it could be for 2 to 3 months.
      Staff members are responsible for managing on-site operations of the exhibition and problem-solving such as equipment malfunctions and customer complaints, to ensure the smooth running of the exhibition event.
      Overall, event staff require good communication skills, a spirit of teamwork, and problem-solving abilities to ensure the success of the exhibition event.
